This is the perfect spot for kids and grandparents to enjoy a family vacation all together. Strong wifi makes working from the beach or streaming movies a breeze.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, vacuum, etc). The groom’s family came over to hang out one evening and we had plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the beach and the open spaces within the complex. Everyone in the area was friendly. I would most definitely come back!!"

  • "My family and I had a great stay at Three Little Birds for the month of February 2023. It was our first time on Fripp Island and it was an amazing experience. The condo was well stocked (especially the kitchen!) which was extra helpful given that we were there for a month in the off-season. If you have never been to Fripp Island I highly recommend it. It is a unique and special place. There are lots of places you could choose to rent on Fripp Island and I’m happy with our choice of Three Little Birds. I liked that the condo was close to the beach during low tide, it came with a golf cart, and was a great deal price wise for the month during the winter. We hope to make the journey back to Fripp Island from Connecticut again someday."
